Some of you have already heard all about this....so if that's you, I give you permission to skip this blog!!
On Monday, Aaron and I went to an appointment with my surgeon. We got really good news. We have scheduled my surgery for March 18th. I am so glad we finally have a date set so I can get this over with! Basically they are going to break my lower jaw and move it forward. We are really hoping that this will fix all of my headaches that I have been having for about 3 years now. Since I've had my braces things have been better but not perfect.
The surgeon was really happy with how I have been progressing in my braces. My surgery will last about an hour and I will have to stay in the hospital overnight. I am going to be taking about 3 weeks off of work...which is stressful to me! I am going to have to get a lot of plans together and I am just nervous about leaving my kids for so long. I also have a lot of liquids to look forward to!! At least for 2 weeks!
So...there we go! I'm nervous but really ready to do this and then get my braces off!

I know it feels good to finally have a plan. I really hope this takes care of everything for you! Just wish you could take an extra week off to come with me and Linds to OH... ;)
