Man, I can't believe this is my last weekend before school starts. I have had a great summer! It has been busy...but in a good way! That doesn't happen very often. Just last week I got back from visiting my parents in Texas. It was really good to spend time with my family and relax.
Now- it's time to start my NEW job! I really am excited, but I am also nervous. It's always that way when starting new things. My schedule so far is looking good- especially at Rainbow. Unfortunately, I don't even know my schedule at Horizon yet! AHHH! At Rainbow I am teaching K-2 music three days a week. I was hoping I would have the same grades at Horizon, but I don't know if that is going to happen. My room is all set up at Rainbow so that's good. We have a workday Tuesday so i plan on being at Horizon ALL day!
It will really be nice to not have so many after school rehearsal and no competitions! My weekends will be a lot calmer, too. I hope that will give me time to do some things I love- making cards/scrapbooking and some things I have needed to do but not had time.
Anyway- I'll keep you updated on the new job! Thanks so much to everyone for your encouragement and support!

So excited for you and that you'll finally have the little ones and not so much "extra" stress. You will have stress with little kids, but a different kind. You'll do great! :)
